RESCHEDULING FLIGHTS

Due to severe weather approaching the Caribbean, we are waiving change fees, cancellation fees, and fare differences for customers whose travel itineraries are expected to be impacted by Tropical Storm Fiona.  Travel Dates: September 16, 2022 - September 23, 2022

NON-REFUNDABLE FARES

When extraordinary circumstances occur, your flight may be significantly delayed, canceled or diverted. If feasible, we are committed to taking you to your final destination with us or to the closest airport -where we operate-. If your flight is diverted to an airport other than your final destination, the cost of transportation to your final destination, will be paid by the passenger and is not refundable.

If you prefer to postpone your trip, you will be eligible to receive a travel credit and will not be charged with a penalty fee for an otherwise non-refundable ticket.
