Vieques (VQS), Culebra(CPX), Ceiba(NRR), and San Juan Isla Grande (SIG) are operated with Islander, Trislander, or Piper Cherokee 6 by Vieques Air Link, Inc., which holds Air Carrier Certificate #VLIA127A and DOT commuter air carrier authorization. Flights are public charters sold by Vieques Air Link, Inc., as  the charter operator and Direct Air Carrier,. Subject to DOT Public Charter Regulations under 14 C.F.R. Part 380, PC# PC-24-115.
