Coronavirus COVID-19 Updates


​​​​​​​Prior to traveling, to Vieques or Culebra please check for information on curfews, closings and other restrictions in place on the islands.


IfIyou wish to reschedule your trip as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are currently waiving one-time change or cancellations fees for passengers traveling until August 15th.   In the event of a change or cancellation, the total amount is not refundable, but may be used towards the purchase of any future travel within the next 12 months.  Any unused credits will expire after 12 months. 


NON-REFUNDABLE FARES

In the event of a change or cancellation, the total amount is not refundable and not transferable but may be used towards the purchase of any future travel within the next 24  months.  Any unused credits will expire after 24 months.


REQUIRED FACE COVERING 


To ensure the safety of our passenger and employee, travelers wil be required to wear a mask or face covering while at the check-in counter, gate area, on board, and while enplaning and deplaning the aircraft.  We will have a limited supply on-hand with a cost. 


WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE


Aircraft cleaning: after each flight, our crew will be wiping down and disinfecting surfaces within the aircraft using approved cleaning agents.


Employee contact: in each of our cities, we have provided hand sanitizer and other protective equipment, for all our employees, particularly for those who engage directly with customers and those who handle baggage.
