CHECK IN-  location in Cyril E. King Airport ( STT) 

All VAL passengers departing from Cyril E. King Airport (STT) must complete check-in and baggage drop-off at the Fly The Whale counter, located in the airport’s main ticketing lobby.   

Check In and Baggage Acceptance closed 45 minutes prior to the schedule departure time.  Gate closed 25minutes prior to the flight. Passengers who arrive after this time may be denied boarding, and the ticket value will be subject to applicable change fees or forfeiture under the no-show policy.
