Call Center Agent

Location:  Primary from Home

Essential Functions:

Process reservations for clients, through telephone, regarding our tourist services in Vieques & the Caribbean. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.* Comply with ad-hoc assignments, as requested.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Customer service or sales experience in the hospitality/tourism environment, preferred. Previous experience in a call center and/or customer support role, highly desirable.
  • * Fully bilingual, written and spoken. (Please do not consider this job if you are not really Bilingual/English - Spanish)
  • * Computer literate
  • * Must possess a strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.

  • * Able to work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends
  • * Team player, able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
